GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS
This rental is subject to the usual and legal conditions in this area, in particular those which the tenant undertakes to comply with, failing which he may be liable to damages and even termination of the tenancy, if the owner deems it appropriate, and without being entitled to any rent reduction.
a) Arrival time is usually Saturday afternoon from 3:00 p.m. Departure time is usually Saturday morning before 10:00 a.m.
b) It is agreed that in case of cancellation the tenant: - loses the deposit paid more than one month before the start of the rental period.
c) If the tenant does not notify a delay of more than four days compared to the expected date of arrival, the landlord is entitled to try to rent the accommodation to another person, whereby the tenant retains the right of withdrawal.
d) Obligation to personally occupy the premises, to live in them "like a good father," and to maintain them. All installations must be in perfect working order. Complaints received later than 24 hours after occupancy of the premises will not be considered. Repairs necessary during the rental period due to negligence or inadequate maintenance are at the tenant's expense. The tenant is obligated to ensure that the peace and quiet of the neighborhood is not disturbed by the tenant or his or her relatives.
e) The rental properties are rented furnished and include kitchen appliances, crockery, glasses, blankets, and pillows, as per the enclosed description. If necessary, the owner or their representative may charge the tenant upon departure for the cost of cleaning the rental properties (a flat rate of €50), as well as the full replacement value of all items and furniture, broken, cracked, chipped, or damaged materials, as well as materials whose wear and tear exceeds their normal value during the rental period, the cost of cleaning soiled upholstery, and compensation for damage to curtains, wallpaper, ceilings, carpets, windows, bedding, etc.
f) The owner undertakes to insure the accommodation on behalf of the tenant against rental risks. The tenant is obliged to notify the tenant within 24 hours of any damage to the accommodation, its outbuildings, or accessories.
g) The security deposit must be paid by check. It will be refunded no later than one month after the tenant's departure, unless retained. h) The tenant may not refuse to inspect the premises at the request of the owner or his representative. g) Parties and events are prohibited in the accommodation.
